This is not a cleanse! You shouldn’t feel starved and miserable, which is how most people feel when they are doing a cleanse. The goal of this program is to slowly reduce your sugar intake while improving the quality of your diet and nutrition.
To be honest, I don’t! It took me a long time to reach this point, but I’m proof that it’s possible! I do love sweets! But, I’m able to enjoy a portion and feel totally satisfied.
