Definitely five stars! Mints are nicely flavored (although the coating is kind of odd). But they work!! Poured a soda about an hour after having mint and had to put it down the drain. Tasted awful. This should definitely curb my sweet cravings… it had me thinking twice before putting any sweets in my mouth!
