I really like Sweetkick.
I bought the starter kit because I was skeptical. I now drink the balancer and take the mints daily. One thing to know I am kicking this addiction I have to sugar with this stuff.
For my own skepticism, I wanted to just see what does the mint do if I do eat sugar during the window where I have a craving. I took the mint and then about 30 mins later I took a bit of an Oreo from my son’s lunch…and it tasted like mud. There was no endorphin joy from it…it was crazy. I believe these work well so much I gave one to a friend when we went out to dinner and she said, these don’t work that’s crazy…but she said she couldn’t taste the sugar in her cocktail and then also ate a bit of cookie for her dessert and said “wait these don’t taste good, I think they did something to the cookie, did they bout too much salt in it or something”. I now also carry them with me when I go out with friends and after dinner when everyone wants dessert, I pop one of those mints in my mouth and no desire for dessert (like at all). These things work, not kidding.
The balancer is also pretty phenomenal due to it sets you up for the day to not want any sugar or for me carbs…so I am sold on this stuff. I bought more so that tells you something 😁. The handy guide on what to eat is awesome too - helps figure out your meal plan and what you want to do to eat more clean and healthy.
